• Uber driver killed, left in road; 15-year-old charged (whio.com) — An Uber driver from Grayson was fatally shot during an alleged carjacking after picking up a passenger in Lilburn early on New Year’s morning, according to Gwinnett County police. Investigators say they traced the victim’s stolen SUV back to the neighborhood where the trip began and arrested a 15-year-old suspect, now charged as an adult with murder.
