Are You Walton's Most Talented?

Atlanta, Georgia (October 8, 2012) JEM Entertainment is pleased to announce “Walton’s Most Talented” to be held at the beautiful Social Circle Theater on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 6 pm.  This is a talent search for Vocalists, Instrumentalists and Bands.  We are accepting solo performers and/or acts consisting of no more than 5 performers.   You don’t have to live in Walton County to compete.  Acts from the following age groups: 6-11, 12-16 & 17+ will perform before a panel of 3 qualified judges from the Entertainment Industry. Registration fee is $25 for the first performer and $10 for each additional to be used to offset venue costs, professional sound/light engineers, equipment, prize package and judges. 

The judging criteria will be based on: Performance, Stage Presence, Appearance and Audience Response.  No verbal critiques will be given but each contestant will receive a score sheet with comments/critiques to enhance their craft!

A winner from each age group will be declared the "Judges Choice".  One additional winner will be selected by the audience based on $1 per vote and declared the "People's Choice". *Proceeds from People’s Choice will benefit the local food bank.  These 4 winners will receive the title of “Walton’s Most Talented” and receive a trophy, prize package, opportunity to perform at high profile local events and will go on to compete in “Georgia’s Most Talented” to be held in the Fall of 2013.

Social Circle Theater is located at 650 Ashley Drive Social Circle, GA 30025.  Founded in 2000 by Bob and Mabel Standridge this beautiful theater located in charming Social Circle, Georgia offers BIG entertainment in a small town.  With over 300 seats, this venue has a full stage with professional sound/lights giving our contestants the perfect setting to showcase their talent in front of a LIVE audience and industry professionals!

Partial proceeds from this event will benefit the local food bank to help provide food for those in need during the holiday season.
