GCPS middle schoolers invited to learn new skills during summer

As Gwinnett County parents begin making plans for the summer, Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) invites students to learn some new skills and explore career opportunities through the Grayson High Technical Education Program.

Rising 7th, 8th, and 9th graders in GCPS can register starting April 1. The campers will explore careers such as Culinary Arts; Digital Media Design/Animation; Robotics; Music Technology; Photography, and Video Broadcast Journalism.

The camp for middle schoolers will be offered during the week of Monday, June 10, through Thursday, June 13. Students at this technical education campus will have the option of a morning and an afternoon session or students can register for a full-day robotics class. Registration closes
on May 15.
