A new access point for the is scheduled to open up in time for the Monday morning commute.
According to a press release from the Georgia Department of Transportation, the new 4,500-foot-long access point will begin with dashed lines south of the SR 120 overpass. Official said that, weather permitting, restriping is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Sunday and should take about an hour. The lane will be operational thereafter.
