Several New Appointments on Grayson City Council Agenda

Several proclamations and new appointments will be made at the City Council meeting in Grayson. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, March 19.

Agenda items are as follows:

1.     Proclamation- Girl Scouts 100 Year Anniversary

2.     Proclamation- Red Cross Month (March)

3.     Proclamation- Parental Alienation Awareness Day- April 25, 2012

4.     Approval of funds for outside finish work on 438 Building

5.     Partnership Gwinnett Funding

6.      Appointments to the following:

Planning and Zoning Commission:

• To succeed David Elrod
• To succeed James Gillespie 

Code Enforcement Board:

• To succeed Leonard Smith
• To succeed Burton May (alternate)

Director of the Arts and History Center

• To succeed Barbara Hinkle

Downtown Development Authority

• To replace Allison Wilkerson as City Council representative
• To succeed Eddie Russell
