Art For All Ages At Grayson Arts & History Center
Gallery in Grayson welcomes 10-year old artist Maddie Waters.

From City of Grayson
Further implementing an initiative that has brought about an expanding awareness of local artists from our community, the Grayson Arts & History Center is pleased to welcome Maddie Waters to the Gallery in Grayson.
Maddie, a 10-year old Grayson resident, is in the 5th Grade at Grayson Elementary where Art is definitely one of her favorite classes. She has a lifelong (all 10 years of it) interest in art and spends much of her free time sketching and making crafts. She has a love of Pokemon that has certainly manifest itself in some of her art, though her talent transcends any specific medium at this time.

“We can’t wait to share Maddie’s art with visitors to the gallery and the History Center,” said Gail Lane, Community Development Director for the City of Grayson. “We encourage artists of all ages to show-off a bit by being part of our gallery.”
A reception is scheduled for Sunday, October 18th from 2 pm until 4 pm. The public is invited to come share in this very exciting day in the career of one of Grayson’s promising young artists.
