Charges of DUI, Drugs and Illegal Weapon Possession in Gwinnett Docket for Grayson Area

The following Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period April  - 17 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

April 9

• Benjamin Alexander Wengrow, of 2357 Roseberry Lane, Grayson, was charged with driving while unlicensed, possession of drug paraphernalia, suspended/revoked license and possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
• Jeffrey Shane Watkins, of 2202 Flowering Drive, Grayson, was charged with driving under the influence (alcohol) and improper/erratic lane change.

April 10

• Baron Edward Hyatt, of 1705 Round Road, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.

April 11

• Shelia Faye Cruz, 2142 Brook View Lane, Grayson, was held for another agency.
• Matthew Noel Bennett, of 1321 Annapolis Way, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.

April 14

• Christopher Ryan Brooks, of 1910 Bennett Road, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation, no drivers license, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act – Controlled Substance, failure to maintain insurance, operating vehicle with suspended/canc/rev registration and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

April 16

• Hanad Sayid Adbulrahman, 1260 Hogen Ridge Drive, Grayson, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude, possession of a weapon during a crime, VGCSA with intent to distribute Controlled Substance, failure to appear, failure to obey signs or control devices and intent to distribute marijuana.
