Gwinnett County is hiring for two positions and individuals must apply before posted deadlines. 

Business services associate I, part time with Fleet Management Division — Processes payment vouchers, including purchase requests, responds to inquiries from employees, vendors and/or other interested parties regarding payment, purchase status and other related information. Performs a variety of clerical functions, which may include typing, answering phones, filing, copying, faxing, opening and distributing mail and/or performing other related activities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a credit check, one year of bookkeeping, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable or applicable experience. One year of eBay experience is preferred. Tax services associate I — Responsible for customer service, examining, processing and verifying documents, preparing reports, collecting taxes and complying will all legal requirements. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and two years of customer service, tax or related experience.
