DUI, Obstruction, Battery and Cruelty to Animals in Loganville Docket

The following Loganville residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period April, 18 - 25, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

April 18 

• Craig Anthony Lyttle, of Apt. 522 2945 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was charged with obstruction of officer.

April 20

• Tadrick M. Organge, of 137 Garden Manor Court, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Mark Anthony Yarbough, of 3823 Plymouth Rock Drive, Loganville, was held for another agency.

April 21

• Ryan Joel Manaois, of 3347 Summit Glen Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence – alcohol.
• Andre Jamaal Williams, of 4248 Webb Meadow Drive, Loganville, was charged with criminal trespass.
• Qaiss Sayed Husseini, of 3810 Brushy Wood Drive, Loganville, was charged with shoplifting, less than $300.
• Damion Courtney Brown, of 3581 Stephens Creek Place, Loganville, was charged with shoplifting, less than $300.
• Lindsey Wicker, of 1165 Youth Jersey Road, Loganville, was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

April 22

• Christopher Keith Dunham, of 2661 White Rose Drive, Loganville, was charged with interference with call for emergency assistance, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and simple battery.

April 24

• Brien Lucien Donahue Burnett, of 3899 Elm Trace Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation and theft by shoplifting.
• Celerino Sanchez Casarrubia, of 921 Bay Creek Lodging, Loganville, was charged with giving false name or information, no drivers license, failure to appear and following too closely.
• Jonathan Roshell Smith, of 1825 Stephens Pond VW, Loganville, was charged with VGCSA Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Douglas Winston Peters, of 1761 Rose Garden Lane, of Loganville, was held for court.
• Mark Richard Hildebran, of 3855 Grady Smith Road, Lot 23, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol, failure to maintain lane, open container violation (driver only) and view obstructed (windshield/other).

April 25, 2013

• Chadam Thomas Cole, 1035 Burning Drive, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol and failure to maintain lane.
• Devan Marie King, of Apt. 611 2945 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was charged with commercial gambling, keeping a gambling place and possession of gambling devices, failure to produce permit.
• Marlene Ava Thompson, of 1521 Timber Heights Drive, Loganville, was charged with commercial gambling, keeping a gambling place, possession of gambling devices and failure to produce permit.
• Erica Monice Howell, 4435 Brookbridge Drive, Loganville, was charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to children – 3^rd degree.
• Darcy Emmanuelle Umbower, 1828 Floye Drive, Loganville, was charged with simple battery.
• Forest Corey Godwin, 2300 Village Centre, Loganville, was charged with no drivers license.
• Ahmad Rechad Davis, of 4435 Brookridge Drive, was charged with VGCSA – possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Rubin Edward Lord, of 1162 Ozora Farms Court, Loganville, was charged with parole violation.
• Leah Tamara Waller, 3668 Range Way, Loganville, was charged with cruelty to animals.
