Drugs, Battery and Child Cruelty Charges Included in Gwinnett Docket for Loganville

The following Loganville residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period March 24 - April 1, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

March 25, 2013

• Cody Glenn Broussard, of 4804 Shannon Road, Loganville, was charged with violation of Georgia Controlled Substance, schedule II, violation of probation, possession and use of drug related paraphernalia, trafficking in methamphetamine and VGCSA intent distribute of controlled substance.
• Ada Moronta, of 988 High Tide Trail, Loganville, was charged with battery.
• Eric Lynn Jones, of 273 Fox Run, Loganville, was charged with battery, simple battery and cruelty to children, 3^rd degree.

March 25

• Kadeem Steffon Brissett, 1505 Stephens Pond Review, Loganville, was charged with battery.
• Alan Earl Scarborough, of 3823 Summer Leigh Court, Loganville, was charged with no drivers license, VGCSA of controlled substance, failure to appear and no license plate.
• Bobby Carole Howard, of 3450 Brushy Fork Road, Loganville, was charged with simple battery. 

March 27

• Britni Lee Costello, of 140 the Esplanade Way SW, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, operating vehicle with suspended/cancelled/revoked registration and speeding.

March 29

• Antoine Leon Madison, of 3105 Summit Place Drive, Loganville, was charged with battery. 

March 30

• Michael Thomas Bradford, of 130 Towler Shoals Road, Loganville, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Christopher Allen Bradford, of 130 Towler Shoals Road, Loganville, was charged with disorderly conducted.
• Jesse Allen, of Apt. 317 2945 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was charged with a suspended revoked license and no tag.
• Tamika Sajuan Chatman, of 1101 Granite Lane, Loganville, was charged with violating probation.
• Rose Ellen Latimore, of 3580 Bulloch Lake Road, Loganville, was charged with shoplifting – less than $300.
• Enedina Lopez-Mendoza, of 400 Plantation Ridge Court, Loganville, was charged with new resident – 30 days to obtain license and brake light standards.

April 1

• Joseph John Chermak V, of 932 Park St., Loganville, was charged with interference with call for emergency assistance, battery and simple battery.
• Anthony Louis Malerba, of 105 Lacey Oak Lane, Loganville, was charged with improper signal, improper/erratic lane change and was held for another agency.
