Gwinnett Docket for Grayson

A Grayson man was arrested and charged with public indecency after he was allegedly observed performing a sex act on himself in his car in the parking lot of Sugarloaf Mills. According to the police report from the Gwinnett County Police Department, his actions were observed by two officers monitoring security cameras while working security at the mall. Officers reported that when they approached the car, the man was still in a state of undress. He is reported to have asked officers to take his phone and call his wife to have her pick up his car. Police report that there was a porn site on the phone when it was handed to them.

The following Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period March 28 - April 2, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

March 28, 2013

• Julio Cesar Monzalvo, of 181 Grayson New Hope Road, Grayson, was charged with new resident – 30 days to obtain license and light reducing material affixed to windows.
• Alex Zeidan Abouzeidan, of 1541 McConnell Road, Grayson, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Jeremiah David Dangler, of 2555 Haynes Club Circle, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.
• Kenneth Len Cain, of 915 Mount McKinley Drive, Grayson, was charged with battery, simple battery.

March 29

• Taylor Carlton Adams, of 2199 Cluster Lane, Grayson, was charged with other offense.
• William David Arnspiger, of 1996 Pinella Drive, Grayson, was charged with possession and use of drug related paraphernalia, shoplifting less than $300 and violation of the Georgia Controlled substance Act of controlled substance.

March 30

• Lora Lee Summerfield, of 51 Patricia Terrace, Grayson, was charged with driving under the influence (more than 0.10 percent blood alcohol), improper lane change and speeding.
• David Lee Janssen, of 2792 Magnolia Cara Drive, Grayson, was charged with DUI – alcohol and possession of less than ounce marijuana and speeding.

April 1

• Alan Heriberto Reyes, of 1525 Grayson Hwy Apt. 2016, was charged with possession of a weapon during a crime, less than an ounce of marijuana and VGCSA intent distribute controlled substance.
• Bushra Mustafa Sli, of 1260 Hogan Ridge Drive, Grayson, was charged with hit and run and following too closely.

April 2

• Daniel Scott Anglin, of 1854 Round Road, Grayson, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine.
