Eastside Medical in Nearby Snellville Launches Digital Billboards to Display ER Wait Times
Two digital billboards are planned. One is already in use in Snellville, and there will be another in Lilburn.
If anyone needs to go to Eastside Medical Center and wants to know the wait time there, just look up.
The Snellville hospital has announced that it will display emergency room wait times on digital billboards and the hospital website, according to the Gwinnett Daily Post. Smart-phone users will be able to view the times, as well.
The wait times updates with a four-hour rolling average every 30 minutes, the Post reports.

There is already a digital billboard in Snellville near the hospital, at the intersection of Tree Lane and Ronald Reagan Parkway and there will be another billboard in Lilburn, at U.S. Highway 29 and Killian Hill Road.
