How To Survive Aches and Pains

The Senior Extra Program and Walton Regional Medical 
Center are offering a community seminar in Surviving and Thriving with Aches and Pains. Family Practice physician Dr. Craig Colby will lead the discussion at the Blue Willow Inn for lunch on June 28 at 12 noon. Colby will discuss how to survive and thrive with the aches and pains of arthritis as we age. Statistics show that an estimated 50 million adults in the United States reported being told by a doctor that they have some form of arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, or fibromyalgia.
