Royal Southern Plantation in Loganville will have a picnic and tour of homes at 4 p.m. on April 20. There will be a tour of homes at 4 p.m., followed by an outdoor dinner and at 5:30 the Sawnee Creek Bank (Bluegrass/Gospel) is scheduled to play.
