Pet Festival, Flippin' Kids and Live Country Music: This Week in Grayson, Loganville

Check out what's happening in the area from Sept. 2-8.

Here's what happening in Loganville and Grayson this week: 

1. The Grayson Farmers Market is held every Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grayson City Park. Click here for more details.

2. High School Football is happening again this Friday with Loganville and Grayson schools. Walnut Grove is hosting Loganville, South Gwinnett is against Duluth, Archer will play East Coweta and Loganville Christian is at Griffin Christian. Grayson is on a break this week.

3.  Flippin' Friday: Southern Gymnastics and Cheer in Loganville is holding an open gym for ages 3-13 at 7 p.m. Sept. 6. Kids are welcome to flip, tumble, swing, climb and twist on the equipment and also enjoy a pizza and a movie. Click here for more details.

4. Live Music at Johnny's Pizza: This Saturday, Sept. 7, Johnny's Pizza is in Loganville is hosting local country musician Jordan Rager, who's appeared on NBC's "The Voice." The tunes start at 7:30 p.m. Click here for more details on Rager.

5. WAG 'n Walk Pet Festival:
Meridian Park is hosting the WAG 'n Walk Pet Festival from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 8) to benefit the Walton Animal Guild and its program of rescue/adoption, spay/neuter, pet food pantry and other community programs.
