2 injured in wreck Friday Unclear who's at fault.

On Friday the 21st. their was a wreck in the 3900 block of North Sharon church rd. and flagman was injured when hit by car then pinned between a dump truck and the car. The worker was carried to the hospital in critical shape. At this time seems to be due to a 89 years old man speeding, GSP report coming out this week. But also noted a contractor was repaving a driveway in this area with very low visibility and at this point is seem the contractor had no permit for lane closures nor was there an Traffic Impact Study. This road is known for high speed and poor sight lines by 1st responders from the area. The road is highly traveled due to the School at the end of it. This is not the 1st time people have been harmed on this section of road. At the time of the wreck the contractor had 2 flag persons, a dump truck and driver, Bobcat and driver as well as a paving machine in the roadway. As of Monday morning Walton Co. DOT has no permit listed, I have contacted GDOT to see if permit was applied for though the state. More to come.....
