CUMMING, GA — A gunman accused of killing a man at a Norcross events hall was caught Tuesday night after a police dog tracked him to a Dumpster — and the takedown was caught on video.
Billy Galvez, 22, of Atlanta was arrested on outstanding warrants of malice murder and aggravated assault for the July death of Alejandro Ramirez, 35, of Alpharetta. According to a news release from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office found Galvez at Fowler Park in Cumming after a brief chase.
