Grayson Business Participating in Gwinnett Restaurant Week

Graft will be highlighting its use of fresh foods in their most authentic and simple forms.

It's farm-to-table fresh at the Grayson restaurant Graft, one of 15 restaurants serving up specialities during Gwinnett Restaurant Week. 

Dining out during the week set aside to highlight local restaurants is easy — No passes, tickets or coupons are required. Diners should simply contact the participating restaurant during the week, July 22 through 25, to enjoy the special three-course dinner menu at a price of $21.21. Tax and gratuity are not included.

Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended. To make a reservation, diners can contact the restaurants directly or use OpenTable.com for participating restaurants. 

Graft will be serving the following: 

FIRST COURSE

Choice of:

  • Backyard squash salad: smoked marcona almonds, basil, feta, chive vinaigrette
  • Corn bread "panzanella": marinated cucumbers + tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon, dukes
  • Papas bravas with chipotle en adobo

SECOND COURSE

Choice of:
  • Cornmeal dusted north carolina catfish: fennel, onion, jalapeno, cucumber, citrus, local buttermilk
  • Pork & beans: niman ranch brined and grilled pork loin, "baked" navy beans with Pabst beer
  • Veggies: grilled sweet potatoes + cumin vinaigrette, creamed butter beans + fine herbs, roasted poblano + grilled corn potato salad

THIRD COURSE

Choice of:
  • Cucumber + mint + coconut gelato, crispy granola
  • Summer's height fruit cobbler, whipped cream
  • Glass of sangria, house white or red wine
