“Being a member in the 438 Co-Working experience has allowed me to put some structure in place not only for my business, but also for my personal time,” Wofford said. “I am excited about being a part of the incubator program as it will help me focus even more on my business, as well as providing more structure.”
Since moving his offices to Grayson, Wofford has already experienced corporate growth and has hired staff to assist with sales, service and administrative duties.

“Fresko’s is a perfect fit for our Business Incubator Program and we’re pleased to welcome Jonathan as our first participant,” said Gail Lane, Manager of the Grayson DDA. “Fresko’s has the key components for positive results as the company transitions from a single-self-employed entrepreneurial venture to a viable enterprise that employs members from our community.”
Wofford is already involved as a volunteer in many local events and is considered a local expert on social media as well as search engine optimization and website design. He blogs frequently on local news sites and is a frequent guest speaker at entrepreneurial summits and workshops. ABOUT THE INCUBATOR: The Grayson DDA’s Business Incubator is designed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools and guidance necessary to increase their company’s growth and profits. The focus is to nurture small enterprises throughout the start-up phase as well as the secondary stage that involves long-term strategic planning for positive development. The emphasis is on managed growth while sorting out organizational, operational and strategic difficulties. “We expect to serve entrepreneurs in our incubator program for as long as 12 months,” says Lane. “The intent of the program is to quickly graduate viable businesses to become active members of Grayson’s business community.”
Those admitted to the DDA’s Business Incubator are screened through an application process and are vetted to complete the program as highly successful entrepreneurs and with the expectation of business success and profitability.
