Holy Cross Anglican to Host Charity Golf Event May 8
Proceeds from the May 8 golf tournament, hosted by Holy Cross Anglican Church of Loganville, will benefit local charities in Walton County

LOGANVILLE, GA – The Brotherhood of St. Timothy men’s group at Holy Cross Anglican Church in Loganville will host their 13th annual charity golf tournament on Monday, May 8 at Stone Mountain Park. All proceeds to benefit: the Pregnancy Resource Center of Walton County, a medical pre-natal ministry providing life-affirming choices and resources; and Shepherd’s Staff Food Pantry of Loganville, a Christian ministry providing food, clothing, housing and financial assistance to qualified local families.
Tournament organizers are signing up sponsors and player registration has begun and is open to the public. Each player’s $100 registration fee includes golf, range practice, lunch, awards, giveaways and more. Sponsorship opportunities are available at several levels, from the $50 Angel Sponsor to the $5,000 Title Sponsor.
The best-ball scramble tournament will take place on Monday, May 8, with sign-ins and warm-up from 7:30-8:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 9 a.m. A catered luncheon is included, and the awards ceremony will follow. Deadline to sponsor and register to play is May 1, 2017.
