Jacob Darnell, of Loganville, Participates in Summer Orientation at Bob Jones University

Jacob will be majoring in Engineering when classes begin September 4.

GREENVILLE, SC (06/25/2013)(readMedia)-- Jacob Darnell of Loganville joined members of the upcoming freshman class as Bob Jones University hosted summer orientation June 21-22.

Incoming students and their parents attended informational sessions about the BJU experience, asked questions regarding academics, financial aid and student life and became familiar with the campus. Students were also able to receive academic and career counsel from faculty and register for their fall classes.

Jacob will be majoring in Engineering when classes begin September 4.

"Summer orientation introduces parents and students to the BJU Bruins experience," said Dr. Jeff Heath, BJU's Director of Enrollment Planning. "Students who attend are more prepared for college when classes begin in September."
