Local Loganville Author Encourages Others Through Leadership

Army Retired Sergeant First Class Christopher Diaz retired from the United States Army in 2010 and stayed in Loganville Georgia. He was encouraged my many to write a leadership book that would assist others with their leadership abilities. So he finally decided to write a short guide titled - "A Guide to Encouraging Leadership". His book is for leaders in every type of situation. The leadership style outlined in this book was developed during his time in the Bronx, New York, the military, working for the Gwinnett County Police Department, the school system in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and his personal experiences. He has witnessed and experienced a wide variety of leadership styles from encouraging to toxic. His hope is simply to encourage others to use what he calls the “Encouraging Style of Leadership”.
