Loganville Pediatrics Closed - One Week Left to Pick Up Medical Records

A message on the phone number confirms that Loganville Pediatrics closed on March 31, 2013. The office will remain open until April 15 for patients to pick up records.

Without any advanced notice to patients, a phone message on the Loganville Pediatrics answering machine now confirms that the practice officially closed on March 31, 2013. It goes on to say that the office will be open for patients to pick up medical records on a first come first served basis until April 15. The hours patients can pick up records are Monday-Thursday from 9am-12pm and from 1pm-3pm.

It is unclear at this time what arrangements are being made for records that have not been picked up by that date.

Information about the closing first came to light just a few days before the end of the March. At that time people could be seen packing up files, but nobody on site would give an official confirmation of the closing. All questions were referred to the practice's management office, but no contact information was given. A call to the number on the website was forwarded to an automatic answering service, but no calls were ever returned. The mailbox is now full and the message states that no calls will be returned.
