Mayor, Councilmen to Be Sworn in at Loganville City Council Meeting

The first Loganville City Council meeting of 2014 will be a special one as officials will take the oath of office. 

Mayor Dan Curry, councilmen Rey Martinez and Mark Kiddoo, and former councilman Chuck Bagley will be sworn in Thursday (Jan. 9) after being elected in the November general election.

Curry, Martinez and Kiddoo will resume their seats on the mayor and council while Bagley will be replacing current councilwoman Michelle Lynch. Lynch had decided not to run for another term.

Other city business is expected to take place at the city council meeting, which is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 9) in Loganville City Hall, located at 4385 Pecan St.
