More Lane Closures On SR 141/Peachtree Ind. Blvd. For Resurfacing

GWINNETT COUNTY -- Georgia DOT crews will continue overnight lane closures this week on SR 141/ Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in DeKalb and Gwinnett counties.

Weather permitting, crews will close one right lane on northbound and southbound SR 141 between N. Shallowford Road and Holcomb Bridge Road each week night between Monday, June 3 and Thursday, June 6 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following mornings. In addition, one right lane on the northbound and southbound SR 141 access roads will be closed during those same overnight hours.

The closures will provide safety for workers and drivers as workers begin milling, inlay and resurfacing on SR 141 from N. Shallowford Road, just south of I-285 in DeKalb to the SR 141/ Peachtree Parkway split in Gwinnett. These activities are needed to improve the roadway’s deteriorating condition.
