Snellville Patch reader Tricia Rawlins expressed concern about the lack of communication to the parents about this event.Â
"The children are texting their parents saying that they are scared," wrote Rawlins. "Thank goodness that we have a Police Department that is willing to communicate with the community that it serves. What about our Gwinnett County School system? Shouldn't they communicate and let the parents know when a bomb threat has been received to the school that their child attends?"
