Obit: 91-Year-Old Woman Passes Away

Elsie Brown, age 91, of Covington, passed away Sunday, Sept. 8.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Loganville. Pastor Jimmy Wilson will officiate. Burial will follow at Corinth Memorial Gardens.  

Mrs. Brown had been a member of White Oak Hills Baptist Church for more than 60 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Marvin Brown, Jr.  She is survived by: her sons and daughters-in-law: Skipper & Gail Brown, of Loganville; Matt and Delisa Brown, of Locust Grove; grandchildren: Belinda and Craig Hodges, Beau and Tina Brown, Matthew Brown Jr., Tiffany and Matt Price, Cami Gladden and Cody Gladden; great-grandchildren: Brittany and Brian Headspeth, Lindsey Brown, Karlie Brown, Brooke Hodges and Madison Price; great-great grandchildren: Madalynn Brown and Graceyn Headspeth.
