NORTON - Lester Guy Norton, age 87 of Loganville, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013. Funeral Services will be held 3 PM, Sunday, July 28, 2013 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Rusty Ruark and Rev. Chris Conner will officiate. Burial will follow at Loganville Memorial Gardens.
A retired Trim Inspector with General Motors, Mr. Norton was a member of the Loganville Baptist Church and a Mason with the Masonic Lodge #135 F & AM. He is survived by his Wife of 62 years: Betty Norton, Loganville; Children: Keith & Becky Norton, Loganville; Brian & Lisa Norton, Monroe; Sister: Floy Butler, Decatur; Grandchild: Jeremiah Norton; Sisters-in-law & Brothers-in-law: Shirley Blasingame, Covington; Patricia & Dave Floyd, Lilburn; Brenda & Leon Escoe, Gulf Shores, AL; Caregiver: Darlene Bradshaw; several Nieces & Nephews.
