Obituary: Massey – Billy D. Massey age 85 of Loganville, formerly of Fairburn & Paulding County. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM, Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton.

Mr. Massey was a retired fireman with the U.S. Air Force with 24 years of service; after retiring he was the Assistant Fire Chief at Fort McPherson. He earned an electricians degree from Atlanta Area Tech, and was an engineer in the hotel industry. He was an avid golfer. He was preceded in death by his 9 brothers & sisters. He is survived by his Wife of 54 years; Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Massey, Conyers; Sons & Daughter-in-law: Donald Steven & Susan, Massey, Acworth; Ronald L. Massey, Loganville; Daughter: Lesley Ann Evans-Massey, Tampa; Brother & Sisters-in-law: Johnie W. & Regina Massey, Lilburn; Edith Massey, Stockbridge; Grandchildren: Seth Massey, Steven Massey, and Sarah Massey.
