Elizabeth “Liz” Jones, age 70 of Loganville, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013. Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, April 14, 2013 in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Loganville. Burial will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park at 3 PM.

Mrs. Jones graduated from O’Keefe High School in 1960 and worked for the National Bank of Georgia and First American for 30 years. She then went to work for the Georgia Student Finance Commission where she worked for 16 years. Mrs. Jones was of the Baptist faith and was currently attending the First Baptist Church of Loganville. Mrs. Jones loved her family and friends and will always be remembered for her many cards and letters she loved to write.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, James “Jim” Jones; Children: Phillip L. Ingram, both of Loganville; Tina & Danny King, Winder; Tara & Rick Griffin, Dallas; Tracy & Ashley Hurst, Seymour, TN; Jimmy Jones, Lawrenceville; Brothers & Sister-in-law: Ronnie & Ruth Hope, Walnut Grove; Charles & Rita Hope, Dallas; Sisters & Brother-in-law: Jeanette & Guy Berger, Atlanta; Marcia McDonald, Dacula; Sister-in-law & Brother-in-law: Angel & Doug Miesse, Midwest City, OK; Grandchildren: Amber Ingram, Brooke Weitzel, Jessica Ingram, Nathan King, Tyler King, Michael Pearson, Jill Hughes, Brittany Pendley, Sarah Hurst, Rachel Hurst; 5 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces & Nephews.
