Overnight Lane Closures Coming On SR 141/Peachtree Industrial

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA -- Georgia DOT crews will continue overnight lane closures this weekend on SR 141/ Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in DeKalb and Gwinnett counties.

Weather permitting, crews will close one right lane on northbound and southbound SR 141 between N. Shallowford Road and Holcomb Bridge Road on Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following mornings.

The closures will provide safety for workers and drivers as workers begin milling, inlay and resurfacing on SR 141 from N. Shallowford Road, just south of I-285 in DeKalb to the SR 141/ Peachtree Parkway split in Gwinnett. These activities are needed to improve the roadway’s deteriorating condition.
