• GBI arrests and charges a Savannah teenager with murder and other felony crimes (wjcl.com) — A 17-year-old from Loganville, Antonio Thornton Jr., was fatally shot outside a Bloomingdale apartment complex on December 14, and a 16-year-old Savannah teen has now been arrested and charged with felony murder and related crimes. State investigators say the suspect is being held at the Savannah Regional Youth Detention Center and will be charged as an adult.
