Drugs, Alcohol, Obstruction and Child Abandonment Charges in Latest Gwinnett Docket

The following Loganville residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period April 7 - 17 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

April 7

• Larry Wayn Allison, of 3562 N. Sharon Church Road, Loganville, was charged with loitering and prowling and failure to appear. 

April 9

• Celeta Danita Overton, of 4344 Virgil Moon Crossing, Loganville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Randall Campbell Brown, of 4300 Ivy Fork Drive, Loganville, was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

April 10

• Tabitha Lynn Hobgood, of 5161 Lake Carlton Road, S., Loganville, is charged with obstruction of law enforcement officer.
• John Alexander Koldewey, of 748 Wilkes Drive, Loganville, is charged with obstruction of law enforcement officer.

April 11

• Shaun’Pierre J. Brooks, of 291 Old Loganville Road, Loganville, was charged with not having two headlights and was held for another agency.
• Cortez Lee McClain, of 3129 Battlement Circle, Loganville, was held for court.
• Amanda Michelle Mathews, of 268 Tommy Lee Fuller Drive, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Cedric Patrick Wright, of 3790 Moos Creek Walk, Loganville, was held for another agency. 
• Christopher Robert Bates, 3608 Bob White Lane, Loganville, was charged with public drunk.
• Allen Andrew II Hurndon, of 141 Lucy St., Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, giving false name or information, less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act – intent to distribute controlled substance, VGCSA of CS and speeding.
• Tyree Deonaaron Teague, of 1687 Summit Creek Way, Loganville, was charged with child abandonment.

April 14

• Jason Frances Oates, of 4212 Logan Drive, Loganville, was charged with “other offense.”
• Amanda Lee Howell, of 100 Little Haynes Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Charles Edward Blackhust, of 750 Old Loganville Road, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Donnie Lee Shelton, of 4112 Rocks Lane, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, expired or no license plate or decal.

April 16

• William Aaron Smith, of 1378 Sierra Ridge Place, Loganville, was charged with Criminal damage to property – 2^nd degree, battery, cruelty to children – 3^rd degree and was held for another agency.
• Gregory James Bradley, of 1782 Summit Springs Circle, Loganville, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.

April 17

• Douglas Winston Peters, of 1761 Rose Garden Lane, Loganville, was held for court.
• William Frazier Hardy, of 3592 Stephens Creek Court, Loganville, was charged with contempt of court.
