Shooting cellphone video beneath a woman's skirt without her permission is legal in Georgia. That's the result of a recent ruling by the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Beer giant MillerCoors has purchased a majority stake in Terrapin Beer, the popular, Athens-based craft brewery.
