Walton County Sheriff’s Office Zone Alert, Aug. 27-28

The following reports were handled by the Walton County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 28.
 
Zone 5
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Watson Fain Trail in Watson Fain subdivision. All windows and doors were secure.  
 
Zone 7
Theft – Items were reportedly stolen from a residence on Jewel Ridge Rd.
 
Theft – Scrap metal was taken from a residence on Cannon Farm Rd. Suspects have been named in the theft. Suspects are white males, driving a black Dodge Ram truck with front end damage. Possible suspects involved in several thefts in the county.

The following reports were handled by the Walton County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 27.

Zone 4
Dispute – A subject was arrested on Walton Rd. after breaking out the windows to a vehicle during a verbal argument.
 
Zone 5
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Maple Creek Ridge in Maple Creek subdivision. All windows and doors appeared secure.
 
Hit and Run – A fatality that involved a juvenile occurred on Hwy 11. Law enforcement authorities are in search of a silver in color Honda Civic that was involved in the accident.
