Alleged Rapist on Trial This Week
Devin Hartman allegedly used a fake name and a dating app to lure women and sexually assault them.

A Cobb County man accused of using a dating app to find women to sexually assault will be in a Fulton County courtroom this week, according to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
Jury selection will begin Tuesday for the trial of Devin Hartman, 40. Hartman allegedly used OKCupid under the name of “Zach Anderson” to meet a woman for dinner at a restaurant in Midtown last year. The woman told investigators the next thing she remembered was waking up on the doorstep of her home without her wallet or keys.
There was also evidence of sexual assault, prosecutors said. Hartman was arrested and charged Rape and Aggravated Sodomy after an extensive investigation.
