Aretha Franklin Coming To Fox Theatre In Midtown

ATLANTA, GA -- The hallowed halls of Midtown Atlanta's Fox Theatre are about to get some R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Aretha Franklin, the Queen of Soul, will be performing at the Fox for one-night only on Friday, Oct. 13 at 8 p.m.

Franklin, one of the last living icons of American music, will perform an expansive repertoire that old soul hits, Motown classics and the great standards on a majestic night in the city. We're not saying this is a big deal, but Franklin was named the No. 1 vocalist of all time by Rolling Stone magazine. Her discography spans five decades and reads like a musical timeline of Americana. Her accolades are many, her style, impeccable, her voice, unmistakable.
