Former Atlantic Center Plaza Owner Reacquires Property

Crocker Partners previously sold the plaza in 2005.

The Atlantic Center Plaza in Midtown is once again owned by Crocker Partners.

City Biz List Atlanta reports that Crocker, working with the Siguler Guff & Company, LP-managed Distressed Real Estate Opportunities Fund, has acquired the building, which has a half-million square feet and 23 stories.

Through the Crocker and distressed real estate fund joint venture, the building was recapitalized.

Crocker sold Atlantic Center Plaza in 2005, according to the article. With the reacquisition, Crocker has nearly two million square feet of properties in Atlanta.
