Boo-Ya! ​Bulla Gastrobar Opening In Atlanta On Aug. 31

​Bulla Gastrobar, a tapas bar in the tradition of Spain, plans for August opening in Midtown Atlanta.

ATLANTA, GA -- Midtown Atlanta is getting a new tapas bar, this time in the tradition of Spain. Bulla Gastrobar will open sometime on August 31, at 60 11th Street NE in the 12th & Midtown development.

Bulla (pronounced "boo-ya") is a casual yet upscale restaurant that offers shareable Spanish cuisine and a creative cocktail program. Bulla Gastrobar, a Florida-based venture, is being brought to Atlanta by Centurion Restaurant Group. “Bulla to me is a celebration of the best things about Spanish culture and dining,” Carlos Centurion, president and founder of Centurion Restaurant Group, said in a news release. “We provide excellent food and service, but more than that, we give our guests an exceptional dining experience; one that is casual and relaxed but also tasteful and elegant.

The word Bulla, a Spanish term that is slang for chatter, calls about the famous gastrobars in Spain, where people sit around a center stage bar. The eatery will have an urban loft feel accented by European design.

In Florida, Bulla Gastrobar has three locations, including in South Florida around Miami and Winter Park just outside Orlando.
