A developer is eyeing Midtown for a new residential development that could have about 300 units near the intersection of Peachtree and 5th streets on the Midtown Mile.
An article in Atlanta Business Chronicle reports JLB Partners L.P.'s plans. The developer is under contract for the proposed site, which is on AT&T Inc.'s property, according to the report.
