Fast-casual salad bar concept Salata is opening In Midtown's Atlantic Station on Sept. 21.

ATLANTA, GA -- If healthy greens are your thing, then you'll love the newest fast-casual salad bar concept entering the Atlanta market. Salata is opening in Atlantic Station on Sept. 21, the company said.

Salata plans to open 20 restaurants in the metro Atlanta, all of them part of the franchise portfolio for

“We believe Atlanta is a prime market for the Salata brand,” says John Murphy, Vice President of Restaurants for Henry Investment Group. “There’s a growing number of health-conscious consumers who want fresh, healthy and quick dining options at a great price.”

Henry Investment Group has seen tremendous growth in its restaurant division over the past several years and sees the Salata brand as a key investment to bolster their diverse portfolio.

The restaurant's hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
