Salata Opening In Atlantic Station On Sept. 21 In Midtown

ATLANTA, GA -- If healthy greens are your thing, then you'll love the newest fast-casual salad bar concept entering the Atlanta market. Salata is opening in Atlantic Station on Sept. 21, the company said.

Salata plans to open 20 restaurants in the metro Atlanta, all of them part of the franchise portfolio for
Henry Investment Group. The Salata brand is a gluten-free certified group of restaurants with more than 65

“We believe Atlanta is a prime market for the Salata brand,” says John Murphy, Vice President of Restaurants for Henry Investment Group. “There’s a growing number of health-conscious consumers who want fresh, healthy and quick dining options at a great price.”

The restaurant's hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
