Yoo Two: Second Trillist Tower Coming to Midtown

The development team behind YOO on the Park has announced that it plans to build a second multifamily residential tower in Midtown.

The Trillist Companies told Bisnow that work could begin early next year on the new complex at 1138 Peachtree St. The new development is billed on Trillist’s website as “an exciting mixed-use project” that will feature residential and commercial space, but provides scant other details.

YOO on the Park, Trillist’s other Midtown development, is a 25-story, 245 unit that overlooks Piedmont Park and is designed to be an extension of the park itself, Trillist says on its website. The apartments will be move-in ready by summer 2016, Trillist says.
