Extra Patrol Requested Near Known Illegal Dumping Site
Walton County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls Sept. 19, 2013.

Zone 1
- Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Red Oak Bend in Southern Oakes subdivision. All windows and doors appeared secure.
- Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in Lakeshore Estates in reference to vehicles speeding.
- Lost Item – A black backpack fell off a motorcycle while the driver was riding on HD Atha Rd. /Ammons Bridge Rd. /Hwy 138/Hwy 78. If the backpack is found, please notify the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
Zone 4
- Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Peyton Drive in Ridge at Dry Pond subdivision. All windows and doors appeared secure.
Zone 5
- Theft – A tablet PC was taken from a residence on Ridgewood Rd. in Ridgewood subdivision. A suspect has been named in the theft.
- Extra Patrol – The cable securing the entrance to an undeveloped subdivision on New Hope Church Rd. was knocked down. The area is being used for illegal dumping and other suspicious activity. Extra patrol requested.
Zone 6
- Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on White Oak Cove in The Oaks at Grandview subdivision. All windows and doors appeared secure.
- Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Anslee Lane in Anslee Lakes subdivision. All windows and doors appeared secure.
- Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested at a business on McCullers Rd. in reference to suspicious activity.
Zone 7
- Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested on Stewart Rd. in reference to speeding vehicles.
