• Breaking: Male charged with reckless conduct for discharging firearm in Monroe Publix parking lot (monroelocal.org) — A man was taken into custody after Monroe police say he discharged a firearm into the ground in the Publix parking lot on Pavilion Parkway Tuesday evening. No one was hurt, there’s no ongoing threat to the public, and police plan to release more details as they’re available.
