Armed Robbers Steal Cash, Credit Cards From Pedestrians

Two men armed with a handgun stole cash, credit cards and other items from two victims on North Druid Hills Road late Monday night, DeKalb County police said.

The victims, a 20-year-old male and a 22-year-old male, were walking in the 2500 block of North Druid Hills Road at about 11:45pm when one suspect approached them with a silver handgun and demanded money, the police report said.

The victims turned over cash, two debit cards, a credit card, a wallet and a cell phone, and the suspects fled west on North Druid Hills Road toward I-85.

No one was injured, the report said.
