Three men rob club-goer of $345
Three men robbed an Atlanta man on Chamblee Tucker Road as he was leaving a nearby club early Sunday morning, DeKalb County police said.

The 28-year-old victim was walking in the 3400 block of Chamblee Tucker Road when three men approached him and demanded money at about 4:24am. He was not sure whether they were armed. He gave them $345, the police report said, and the group left the scene on foot.

Burglar steals Colt .45 from Merry Lane home
A burglar stole a Colt .45 handgun from a Merry Lane home July 15, DeKalb County police said.

The victim returned to his home in the 1300 block of Merry Lane and discovered someone had broken in by breaking glass in the back door, the police report said. The gun–worth about $700–was stolen from a bedroom dresser drawer.

The victim told police the crime had to have occurred between 8:30am and 8:30pm.

Computer, big screen TV stolen from Berkeley Lane home
A burglar stole a laptop computer, a big screen TV and other items from a Berkeley Lane home July 15, DeKalb County police said.

The victim told police she left her home in the 1600 block of Berkeley Lane at 8:30am and returned at 5pm to find her rear door open, the police report said. There were signs of forced entry.

The missing items: her 46-inch TV valued at about $1,100, her iMac laptop computer valued at about $200 and about $500 worth of jewelry.
