A new diner with a Korean-Southern twist is opening, tentatively, in late September on Clairmont Road.
Sobban restaurant, which is a creation from Heirloom Market BBQ's Cody Taylor and Jiyeon Lee, moves into the former Kitsch'n 155 space with a possible soft open in late September.
"The finish line is in sight," according to Sobban's Facebook page.
Right now, menu items are being tested and the music system was just installed.
Menu items may include: Korean kimchi pancakes with Southern seafood; crispy pork belly bo ssam with local lettuce and pickled vegetables; mini-bingsu; hot teas, Korean-style beers.
Keep up the ongoing updates at Sobban's Facebook page.
