What Should Go Here?

I was up in Northlake last week working and drove around Northlake Festival Shopping Center, which I haven't done in quite a while.

Suffice it to say, it doesn't seem very healthy. A number of vacancies, some of them very big. You guys could probably suggest tenants for any number of vacancies in that place, but let's focus on just one for today: the old storefront for Clear, a wireless Internet company. It's right next to the Starbucks.

So, what would you like to see fill Clear's old spot? A new mobile provider? A candle company? A restaurant, maybe? Tell us in the comments section below.
