What Should Go Here?

Scott Boulevard near sometimes feels like a graveyard for dead car dealerships.

The highway is lined with the carcasses of these things. They're not decrepit save for the occasional unkempt grassy area, but I don't think anyone would argue they're not depressing.

So, for this installment of What Should Go Here?, we look at the old Royal car dealership. It's been empty since I've been living in North Druid Hills (more than two years), and it saddens me to see it.

There's already a big down the street and, as far as I know, across the street.
