Members of the local DAR chapter will be outside of the Oconee County Courthouse at 4 p.m. to ring bells in commemoration of the 225th anniversary of the ratification of the U.S. Constitution.
The Oconee Enterprise reports Chairman Melvin Davis of the Board of Commissioners will read a special proclamation during that time.
